Linda was one of four artists commissioned by The Contemporary Art Society for Wales, to make a piece of work in response to the collection at Narberth Museum, Pembrokeshire.

Linda spent time in the museum talking to staff and visitors and exploring the museum collection. She is inspired by the emotional life of objects, and the power they have to link us to other lives, and made a glass cast of the wooden ladle used to feed the poor in Narberth Workhouse.

This piece, entitled ‘Gruel’, is on show in the museum, alongside the other commissioned work as part of the permanent collection.
